Rating 4 YaBB 2.4

Let your members rate whatever you want - mods - movies - books - games - music...
Create items for users to rate (or download and rate) or let one membergroup or all members create items. Show rating, votes, clicks (if URL provided) and graphics bar.

Clicking on a bar, will open an "Item Breakdown" screen.

10.05.09 at 18:39:35: beta 0.1.1 - fixed fatal_errors not showing up. Changes are in "Ratings.pl" and "Error.lng"

10.05.09 at 21:10:02: beta 0.1.1a - changed text element to comlpy with german language files. Changes are in "Ratings.lng" and "Ratings.pl".

22.02.10 at 23:00:00 - beta 0.3 - changed a lot of code for xhtml validity. All changes since 0.1.1 are in Ratings.pl, Ratings.lng, NewSettings.pl and Settings_Main.pl

24.02.10 at 03:26:32 - beta 0.3.1 - more code cleanup to make it xhtml valid and fixed rate bars align correctly in older IE browsers.

26.02.10 at 01:32:20 - beta 0.4 - more code cleanup and layout changes. Fixed page index.

Thx. Derek - fixed. New package attached to first post. All changes are in "Ratings.pl" and "Error.lng".

I don't really see which features that should be?

Moderators can add/remove ratings in topics (and they could in my old 1.3.1 vertion too).
The Ratings area in topics are templated so you can move it anywhere you want to - or remove it.

- convert from YaBB 1.x Rating
- Rebuild Rating

Thats missing too:

Board Rating Feature

Allow Rating (enable to add Rating for Thread)
Auto-apply Rating (enable to auto-add Rating for all current and new Threads)
Set option for view Rating on Message Index (Enable or Disable, Show graphics only, Stars or Bars)
Enable show Board in Rating List (new Feature)

If all done. I make a german lng files.

This is need in German for moved topic text, but conflict with ratings list. Wink

May you can add extra line in Ratings.lng

I think I was the one that originally asked for the star version, and I loved it then, and I would still love it now. But I am very happy to see this back again, whether or not the stars make a return.

I can see the point and purpose of rating threads, and it would be kind of nice to have, but again, the main thing is having ratings back at all!

In general, but it looks like the bullet points here were about smaller details of the feature ... so if it is already in, that is great. As I said, me not understanding, not you not understanding.
