deti and I have update YaBB Advertisement mod for YaBB 2.4

Description:

Allows you to add advertisements in specific boards.

Feature:

Enable Advertising for specific boards
Select Permission View for specific boards
- Nobody
- Only Guests
- Everybody except Staff
- Everybody except Admins and Gmods
- Everybody except Admins
Add Ad Title (optional) for specific boards
Max number of Advertising Display in a Thread per Page

1) Modify YaBB files using BoardMod or manually.
2) Load modified files to your server in ASCII mode.

auntie_biotic Bloody Novice Offline Posts: 16	Reply #4 - 25.07.09 at 12:06:26 Hi, I,ve installed into my YABB 2.4 forum the advert mod. http://knowingabout.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl BEST IN HULME Im not sure what to do next as when I go to admin and then "ADVERTISEMENT SETTINGS", I get to the following page which does not appear to have any options apart from Everybody. . Any help would be appreciated

stooz Bloody Novice Offline Posts: 5	Reply #13 - 18.03.10 at 16:50:29 this is almost perfect for me, I want to introduce a "paid" member service, so if you pay an annual fee, you dont get ads! So how hard would it be to give an option "everybody except members of group "paidMember" I could then add members into that group manually when they paypal me £1 a year or somesuch, and it removes the adverts.
