Hello I am a super n00b to forum administration. I am hoping some kind soul here would be willing to lend me a hand in creating a template that matches the web site here: http://www.kingestate.com/. The forum I am running is YaBB2.1

I would be so greatful for this help, and while I really can't do much for you in return (being that I am such a n00b) I can pay it forward in a month or two when I have developed my skills, by creating a template for the next gen. n00b.
