Forum Guidelines 1.0 This inserts Forum Guidelines at the bottom of the Message Index simular to the way VBulletin does and also denote the Board timeZone. This mod only mods MesageIndex.pl and English.lng but is meant to be installed on a Clean YaBB so if you have installed the Poll Mod or Sticky_Thread Mod you will need to install the Mod manually.
