†Thankyou AK108! ... I've deleted the posts to help clean up abit †... thankyou again

what I was trying to do was put users recent posts in an iframe in Profile ... I had gotten then into the iframe but the Main Header/menu displayed in it as well ... I wanted to know how to remove the header/menu from the recent posts page

what AK108 suggested was over my head. †Looking over it I decide to try something else ...

I took †

sub usersrecentposts †

and included it in †

sub ViewProfile †

here's the Profile.pl
just rename it back to Profile.pl from ChiMoHe_Profile.txt
and upload it to your source directory

be sure to backup you prefile.pl if you want to change it back

I also change the table structure a littlle bit †

sorry Martin_W but I feel this thread really belongs in Templates ...

srcoll down to see screenshots of the changes I made

In order to do this, you need to remove the call to the template subroutine at the end, and then manually print out the header and $yymain variable.

The header should look something like this:
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";

The only other problem is that you'll need to print out a fully valid HTML page. Otherwise things could go badly with regards to layout in certain browsers.

I was looking through ChiMoHe_profile.txt and found that the cookie expiration date for ďalways stay logged inĒ is set for January 7, 2038.†

I know itís gonna be a while until that date when that day comes itís going to be an issue for some users.

I know itís gonna be a while until that date when that day comes itís going to be an issue for some users.

Itís a simple fix changing the date to something like January 7, 3038

I had initially is the date 32 years later than the day I type the code.

When I get Internet connection again at the house probably in February Iíll make a patch for it or if somebody is interested in doing it do it for us.
